A wellness experience that meets you where you are.
Humanistic Wellness coaching gives a personalized, high-touch approach to wellness that focuses on creating alignment between your habits, your values, and your capacity. We don’t chase quick fixes here. We build a sustainable lifestyle — together.
You’ll get support across multiple foundational wellness pillars:
-
Movement & nourishment (without tracking or restriction)
-
Nervous system regulation & stress recovery
-
Energy, time & boundary management
-
Rest, rhythm, and realistic routines
-
Mindset & behavior change based on where you are now — not where someone else thinks you “should” be
What sets us apart
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. We believe in rooted, relational coaching that’s flexible, personalized, and evidence-based.
Here’s what makes our approach different:
Motivational Interviewing + Stages of Change Framework
We meet you exactly where you are — and help you move forward at a pace that feels doable. This approach goes deeper than surface-level advice. It helps you rewire your thoughts, habits, and identity in a sustainable, lasting way.
Real Coaching. Real Conversation.
This isn’t a templated program or a group call with dozens of faces. It’s a private, guided experience with someone who gets it. You’ll feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
We don’t do fads, shame, or restriction.
No detox kits. No labwork. No expensive supplements required. You’ll learn how to build a lifestyle that works with your real life, your real body, and your real goals.

-
A weightloss or workout protocol
-
Motivation without accountability
-
A passive experience (this process requires your full participation)
-
A cheerleader who cosigns your limitations rather than challenges them lovingly
-
More information when what you actually need is integration
-
A coach who will ignore your nervous system cues just to meet goals
-
A guru or influencer — this is a partnership, not a pedestal
-
Someone who’ll avoid holding up a mirror when it matters most
-
Rigid definitions of health, healing, or “success” that leave no space for you
-
Shortcuts that skip over self-awareness, ownership, or healing
Â
Â
Â
. . . this might not be the right level of support for you at this time.

I'm so glad you're here!
Hi there, I'm Julie — health and wellness coach, wife, mama, and someone whose been exactly where you are.Â
For years, I did all the “right” things. I worked out, ate clean, took all the supplements, followed the trends, and biohacked every corner of my day. And yet — I still didn’t feel well.
Behind the scenes, I was silently battling chronic ovarian cysts, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, IBS, and crippling insomnia. No matter how perfect I was on paper, I felt like a stranger in my own body.
I was doing the most… and still barely functioning.
Eventually, I hit a breaking point — and instead of pushing harder, I got still. I looked deeper. And I did the real work to heal.
I stopped outsourcing my wellness to products, protocols, or perfection. And I started reconnecting with my body, my energy, and my inner wisdom.
Through a sustainable, holistic approach rooted in nervous system support and foundational wellness, I completely transformed my health. I reversed every symptom. I conceived naturally. I started sleeping again. And for the first time in years, I felt a true connection between mind, body, and soul.
Now, I help other mamas do the same.
Inside my 1:1 coaching program, I support high-performing mothers who feel stuck in burnout, gut issues, hormone chaos, or disconnection — despite doing “everything right.”
We focus on your season, your capacity, and what will actually move the needle in your life. Using motivational interviewing and behavior change psychology, we create wellness from the inside out — without perfection, pressure, or protocols that leave you more exhausted than when you started.
