Humanistic Wellness was created as an alternative.

We believe wellbeing should feel supportive, not performative. That sustainable health is built through foundational practices — not extremes. And that when wellness becomes part of who you are, rather than something you manage, it stops feeling so hard.

I’m here to help you see what's actually getting in your way, what you genuinely want your life to feel like, and how to build the small, sustainable practices that add up to something real.

My role isn't to teach you. It's to walk alongside you while you figure it out — asking the right questions, holding space for your own wisdom, and reflecting back what you already know but haven't been able to hear yet. Sometimes we just need someone a few paces ahead of us — not to pull us forward, but to turn around and say: I know this path. You can do this. Let's keep going.

Because change doesn't require a perfect plan. It requires the right perspective — and someone who sees your potential even on the days you can't.
