The Village is an 8-week, cohort-based coaching experience for ambitious mothers who are ready to stop managing their health and start building it from the ground up.

Here's what most wellness programs miss: the symptoms you've been trying to address — the fatigue, the hormonal disruption, the weight that won't shift, the anxiety that hums underneath everything — aren't separate problems. They're the downstream effects of the same biological loop. Chronic stress driving sustained cortisol. Cortisol driving systemic inflammation.
